Aicanfeel believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• Aicanfeel does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within the same day of receipt of the products.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
• In case of any refunds approved by Aicanfeel, it’ll take the same day for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

AicanFeel is a creative studio specializing in CGI, VFX, Graphic Design, and Music Video production. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of these terms.

2. Use of Our Services

By engaging with our services, you agree not to misuse or replicate any content, code, design, or visuals from this website without written permission. All creative outputs are the intellectual property of AicanFeel unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for projects and services must be made in advance or as per the agreed milestone plan. Non-refundable fees apply once the work has started. AicanFeel reserves the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, including visuals, code, and designs, created by AicanFeel remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After full payment, the client receives rights for the agreed usage only.

5. Revisions & Deliverables

Each project includes a specific number of revisions as mentioned in the package. Additional changes may incur extra charges. Final files will be delivered in the agreed format upon project completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

AicanFeel shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website content.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion if terms are violated or unethical practices are observed.

8. Changes to Terms

AicanFeel may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised date.
